She was admitted with abdominal pain claiming to have recent Melena from 2 days ago along with and Nausea in 7/26
Pain was localized in RUQ and LUQ and epigastric
That radiated to Back
She experienced a Minor Truma in her bathroom 2 days before admision
She had multiple Hx of episodic epigastric pain that were relived with anti acid and herbal medicines
